Bath Salts 

Soaking in a warm salt bath offers amazing benefits to the skin. Salt baths can hydrate the skin, reduce inflammation and decrease stress. These salt baths offer benefits to the physical body as well as the spiritual body. 

Add 1/4 cup of salt or more to your bath and relax for 15-20 mins. Store in a cool dark place. Keep moisture out by using wooden spoon.
